United Kingdom

We provide a first class service to all our customers. As many of our items are made to order, we aim to despatch your order within three days of receipt.

For all UK mainland mail order customers we offer FREE Postage and Packaging on orders over £15 excluding VAT. All orders below £15 will be charged at £6.60 (including VAT) for delivery.

Trade and Therapist account holders receive FREE Postage and Packaging on all orders over £75.00 excluding VAT. All orders below will be charged £6.60 (including VAT) for delivery.

Rates for Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel islands may have a surcharge.

Europe

We ship our European orders by Parcelforce, except for a few countries where FedEx is the most cost-effective method. There is a £25 customs handling fee for certain non-EU countries. Please expect up to 5 days for delivery to remote areas.

USA & Canada

We ship all our US orders via FedEx International Priority®. Deliveries are expected to reach most major destinations within 5 working days, though this depends upon customs clearance time.

Rest of the World

We ship worldwide to over 220 countries via FedEx International Priority® or Fed Ex Economy. Deliveries are expected to reach most major destinations within 5-14 working business days.

Hazardous Shipping Surcharge

Due to restrictions on international air freight, some Items will be displayed at the checkout as Hazardous with (*) and will have a shipping surcharge of £40 per consignment.

To avoid this surcharge you may have to consider purchasing two smaller quantities of the same product. For example two 30ml tea tree would not be classed as hazardous but one 50ml tea tree would be. As this is a flat fee, it will be charged only once per consignment, so if you order many different hazardous items, you will only incur one hazardous surcharge.
